Louisiana Highway 3103 is a state highway in Louisiana which serves the city of Mansfield in De Soto Parish. The highway spans 0.84 miles (1.35 km) from its western terminus at U.S. Route 84 to its northern terminus at U.S. Route 84 and U.S. Route 171.

Route description

LA 3103 begins at a stop sign-controlled four-way intersection with US 84, locally known as Washington Avenue, and a local road known as Oak Hill Road. The highway continues northeast from the intersection as Kings Highway. The highway runs through a wooded residential area and passes Mansfield High School. After passing the high school, LA 3103 turns eastward, still within a wooded residential area. The highway becomes known as McEnery Street after intersecting Jenkins Street. LA 3103 passes an Exxon gas station immediately before reaching its eastern terminus at a traffic light-controlled 3-way intersection with US 84 and US 171.
